So after the ban wave what are people going to do with their lives now? I'll be blowing the dust off my unopened copy of Guildwars 2 and giving that a go. It seems pretty good looking at the videos. And the casual jump-in jump-out style of WvW would suit my current lifestyle greatly. Something WoW was never able to do, causing me to have to bot in the first place. It was great while it lasted. I salute you, fellow buddies in honor, Farewell.
Guild Wars 2 blows more than dust! Seriously, play the original and you will understand what a fun game without botting or cheating is like.
I would, although I have an unhealthy vendetta against games where everything outside the cities is instanced.
I'm happy that I'm finally off this awful game. No, seriously, I was quietly hoping for a ban during the last months I already lost 10 years of my life to this game, I guess it's time to move on. With the latest expansion there really is nothing left to keep people playing this game. For now, I'm going to do that awkward thing called real life and enjoy summer, maybe play a bit GW2, TERA, or whatever. And of course, I can't wait for Shards Online!!! Ultima online nostalgia So there's a lot to do for me, - crying for WoW is definitely not part of it.
Yeah, I've literally only just started playing wow again for about a week after a 2 year gap and I was already to start to think to myself 'nothing has changed, nothing has improved.' It's rather nice to have something stopping me from playing that life-draining game.
A lot of people are going to other games. Some to Wildstar, some to SWTOR... personally, I'm just going to stick with FFXIV. So far as I know there haven't actually been any bans using Rebornbuddy and the game seems to be doing very well. Lots of content, solid end game, lots of people seem to like the crafting/gathering system, and they patch it frequently adding lots of stuff for everyone as well as quality of life things. I haven't tried PvP so I can't comment on that but I'm not really a PvPer. Plus the expansion will be coming out in a little over a month which they say will have just as much content as ARR did when it first launched. I figure it's at least a nice alternative for those 6 months, right?
we must wait and sort everything HB team need to know what it could be triggers the whole thing while tripewire didnt react and this could take long time not easy thing, btw GTA5 looks very fun now
Personally I'm thinking of opening a small claims at my local courthouse for $2500 (35x lvl 100s at 60 a pop is 2100), plus a few actual 90s and a few other things, then I'm going to sell my gaming rig and put that money towards a 5th wheel trailer lmao
