So, I filed a complaint on Blizzard through the PayPal account that I used for my sub. In the comments section I put that my account was terminated for ToS violations but no proof was given that there were actually any violations, or that it was me that committed those violations. When I hit SUBMIT - I got a message that said [THIS SELLER HAS AGREED TO ALLOW PAYPAL TO DECIDE ALL REFUND REQUESTS] and it asked me if I wished to escalate my complaint to a refund ticket. I said yes, and it then asked if I would accept a partial refund or would only accept the whole thing. I clicked [Only accept full refund] and it processed my claim and gave me a ticket number. Within 30 minutes I got an email notifying me of a pending credit in my PayPal account for the total amount that I had paid to Blizzard (game purchase plus monthly sub payments). I realize this wont help anyone that didn't pay via PayPal, but if you did, give it a shot.
