When i got the 6 month ban as you guys i opened a ticket and wrote an appeal (that someone else played on my account). They just gave me an automated (bot) bullshit answer, that i didnt even bother reading. After that i tryied to contact them through phone, but that was impossible, as the fuckin service could not accept my phone number. Finally after one day the live chat worked and i could speak directly to a jerk GM. He said he cannot do a thing, and directed me to a link i already know, where i could only open another nonsense ticked. I wrote another appeal (why not) suggesting that i need proper valid proof not an automated bla bla. I only used bot for leveling alts from 90-100 (just 2 alts). I was botting during the ban, 100% monitored. I saw my character stucked in a house, i could not leave it, it was supsicious. Finally i took control, and after that bumm, BAN. This game is not worth the time to play without HB. I wont give them 50 bucks to get a character boost. And it takes a lot of free time to level a character from 1-100 by hand. I dont have the time to play 8-10 hours a day, like the beloved no lifers. Blizzard made a game to make you pay, and they delivered you the new mini transactions (character boost, the idiot shop pets, mounts). They want to make leveling hard, so you rather spend 50 euros to get a boost. I know a lot of my guildmates use HB hardcore, still not "yet" banned. 6 month ban means its over for me. I will spend my little free time playing other games. Altough i have a slight hope that my second appeal will work, but as i see Blizzard is an idiot. Blizzard ruins, HB tryes to keep alive the game.
