So I bot about 12+ hours a day with about 8+ being unsupervised. Running the same profile on 1 account. I have been running the same profile for months now. I was making 700g an hour from selling grey-green items plus bones. Which didnt include blues, purps, cloth, and skins. I would bot a few days then take a few days off. I would put everything in my guild bank that my main account would throw up on the AH. I havent really botted on my main account either. I use to, but stopped once I bot another account about 5 months ago. I now only use Tuanha paid for my raider on my account. So how was I not hit by this ban wave? Not that I am angry, obviously. Im making a killing right now selling all my shit I had saved up, prices have doubled on cloth and skins. Also anyone know why HB was turned off? I still wouldnt mind using it.
hb was turned off because staff doesnt know how they were detected and it bothers them. honorbuddy has had a long history of being 'safer than others' im sure staff would love to get back to that rep so they do what they need to do. think of this as an extended patch update.
Ive got 3 that didnt get banned. The only thing I can think of is that I have been on a break for the last 3 weeks or so. I only use CRs, and I used a little bit of the quest bot when I first came back at 6.1.
why does it matter if he botted on 1 or 10 retarded answer. maybe you are in the Q to be banned. i believe they come in chunks. Theres still people being banned now.
eh i was only playing for a little over a month recently i just came back soooo yeah, 1 account aswell leveld up 2 toons thats it.
I'm also not really sure how blizzard was detecting HB. Maybe they had already had HB detected but didn't ban people, but I also have been bannend on a mule account that I just used for creating profile and almost never used the bot long then 10 minutes orso.
But others would mind, - you're not the only person using HB. There are tons of people who don't read the forums, why would Bossland let them all run into a ban? They're trying to figure what's going on while trying to keep remaining users who didn't receive a ban (yet) as safe as possible. Because that's what good companies do.
