My account in Taiwan was banned permanently. I have asked them why everybody else in other areas was banned for just 6 month but the accounts in Taiwan were banned forever for the same reason (HB). They said, they have different policies. I went back to check the agreements etc. and I did not not find any special contents. I do not know if I still have chance when Blizzard start to operate the Taiwan server directly in July. I expect they would follow the same rule to ban my account for 6 months rather than forever. Anyway, I guess I will not play WOW again without HB, since the tasks are so boring. But I really do not want to lose my account forever.
your not the only one i had 7 to 9 accounts banned and i only quest lvled for the 20k evry 4 days or i used my private routines to do arena rbg pve raiding i got banned for quest lvling and my account ban where all permantly i didnt even got a suspension
