You knowingly risked botting. You ended up being suspended. I've been botting for years now, and this was my first suspension/ban. Why the rage? The "Thank you PvP botters" threads make you hypocrites.

although, now hb is down, seems the competitors get noticed as well.

      Or someones hacking.

but if you dont c pvp botting is giving us this heat, you are blind, therefor i dont
      c why we are hypocrites.

we are adressing the issue, just cause some like to run bgs 24/7 i dont c why it isnt a problem.

Plz explain to me why it isnt?

Time for some real next gen bot (already mentioned this years ago...) that uses some client - client communication regarding behavior and navigation.

Whether you use the bot to do nothing but combat rotations, do garrison dailies, or full on 24-7 bot in BGs, it doesn't matter. You broke the rules, and you got banned. I never botted in BGs, but I still used third party software to gain an advantage over legitimate players, and I accept that. Sure, I 100% agree that BG botters are the reason we all got targeted as that was 99% of other people's complaints to Blizzard, but the fact still remains. We all cheated, and most of us are getting punished for it. End of story.

thats not the point made in that thread !

      Open your eyes !

Its the heat HB gets from it that is not needed if they at least change this damn bg bot.

No aspect of the bot gives so much heat and detection by regular legit players !

People that know what they are doing are not a problem, its the other 99 % that has no clue and

yolos it all the way ! Prolly even on singular as well wich makes it even worse.

Regardless of how you try to justify what you did, you cheated. I cheated. Everyone else that got suspended cheated. Time to go outside and finally do something productive with your life.

you come on a botting forum, giving advice on life. ok son.

you are the one trying to justify whatever you said.

im just giving yoy proof why ur argument is invalid.

and now i need to go outside.

If you cant see it, im done talking to a concrete wall.

I dgaf about my account, and i didnt even farm, just played by hand with a cr that did the rotation for me.

in total i lost 34 lvl 90s and some lvl 100's.

i dont care, one bit. im leveling again, by hand.

In my case, its because Blizzard let bots go so long, and so obvious, and so large scale, that i could not longer compete. They did nothing for years. So one day, I said screw it, and joined them. It was an instand quality of life improvement. My carpel tunnel got better, I used some of the extra time to hit the gym, and spend even more extra time with my family. I got to do the parts of wow, that do not suck, and got to avoid the damn treadmill. It made wow fun again, and I hurt no one. No pvp, and very little auctions. Some afk questing, but I usually quested at the key board, and it just did the rotations, sparing my wrists. THEN Blizzard started to act, once their new tokens came out. That is why i'm mad. 1) They did not enforce their own rules for years, 2) The game became fun again. 3) It allowed me to play as well as I used to before disabilities. I'm not getting any younger. There are still tons of bots out there missed by this wave. Wow has always had bots, but its the worst it has ever been right now, despite the bans. Others have other reasons for sure, I just wanted to do my own thing, have fun, and not hurt any one. Just my two cents.

I totally support why you did it. As for me, I have rheumatoid arthritis, and it makes even opening/closing my hand painful/difficult. That's why I started botting, because I love WoW, but couldn't keep up with other players due to my condition. Regardless of WHY I decided to do it, it's against the rules. I had every class to level 100, and full conquest gear on each. I did arenas, NOT BGs (When I did BGs, I played using the combat rotation). As I said earlier, I knowingly broke the rules, and was suspended because of it. It's the risk we all take, and it finally caught up to us after so many years. No regrets/rage from me. I'll be bck in 6 months.

I am bored with WoW and really don't know why I still sub honestly. I don't raid, I don't dungeon. I first read about HB bot a few months ago and tried it on a account I bought, not my main. I was instantly hooked!

I had a blast for 2 months, leveling, healing...etc. I knew it was against the rules and didn't care. I bought another account and bottled like crazy on it too. Then the banwave came and I lost both accounts.

I am not upset in the slightest. It brought some life back into the game for me and game me a couple of months of entertainment.

For that, I am eternally grateful!

I would file a lawsuit on them not providing a rotation device, or program to any one who can show a bonafide disability preventing them from playing as normal, but I am unwilling to take up such a task alone. They are technically in violation of that law, but you would have to take them to court, and here that takes a lot of money. They have nearly inexhaustible resources, i do not. One note though. At least in New York, and our District Federal courts. TOS, and EULA are routinely dismissed as being unenforceable because of being unconscionable, or shredded for many other reasons If they were sued here federally, they would lose, IF some one who had the money to get the case to its end fought them. I'm not that person.

That would be the biggest waste of time.

What law? They aren't required to make the game accessible to disabled people.

Read the Americans with disability act. The whole thing. They are indeed required to make "reasonable accommodations" for you to access and use their publicly sold product, as you could before the disability. I don't care if you don't like it, the letter of the law is on my side. They make no accommodations at all for at least 50 disabilities I could name, and many more I could dig up with research. The law is much more sweeping then you think, and case law shows judges giving it more teeth then one would think. The only issue is no one has sued in this issue yet regarding a game product. The nature of the game, being a long term thing, where sooner or later an older person who becomes severely disabled, but was not when they first started playing, will want to continue to play as they did before, and had the money to push the suit will come. This stuff is simply new enough it has not come to court yet.

this is actually what i was wondering.. considering it's only a 6 month suspension and everyone gets their accounts back.. why is everyone so butthurt

Edit - i do however agree on the disability front, it's technically discrimination... saying you can buy our product but if you cant play it too bad. i know a couple of people with legitimate disabilities including one gentleman who only has one arm, but he loves videogames / raiding / team play so he used a rotation bot to raid in guild and literally everyone knew, he was forthcoming about it explained the situation none of us had a problem with it, even the legit players because he wasnt hurting anyone or ruining anyone elses gaming experience, he just wanted to be included and part of the team.

i do think people with disabilities should look towards putting together a class action if need be, blizzard accommodated color blind people with new options, but discriminated against people with physical disabilities that don't allow them to perform rotations correctly etc...

Then you can sue every single game maker because they don't do anything for disabled gamers.

That's not discrimination. You don't understand what discrimination is.

every other game maker hasnt suspended their accounts?

EDIT - also show me the disclaimer on the box which is all you would see at time of sale saying "you are required to have 2 working hands in order to play the game" or anywhere on a box that has any disclaimer saying people with disabilities may not be able to play the game.
