      Just purchased bot and when I try to open it crashes. I get this.

      It's not creating a log in the folder.

      remove:

      - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
      - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


      restart your pc,
      download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
      run them as administrator.
      after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      restart

      I have also downloaded and ran the installionwizard as you suggested but it still cannot solve the problem, hope you can give me some more help here, thanks.

      Hi busk. It did not work for me either. I did some research and this worked for me.

      remove:
      - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
      - microsoft .net framework 4 extended
      - microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
      - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
      - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable

      restart your pc,
      download the installation wizard.
      run it as administrator.
      after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      restart
