      Hello, I finally got through a lot of problems with net framework and such, the problem I am yet to find a solution to is authentication failed. I got a wow up, client up running, but when I press the login button it says:
      Authenticating...
      Authentication failed!
      It's the same for the test account, so please, help me!

      make sure that you are trying to log with your shop info
      and also disable your firewall/antivirus if its not possible to log even with the trial

      disabled firewall, tried shop info, aint working!

      Aint any log.
      When I try to press log in button it says: Authenticating
      Authentication failed!
      I tried both my account and test account, but nothing works!

      This is the log after pressing log in once

      [06:45:11:78] Authentication failed!

      with the same user and pass are you able to log in shop page or not?

      I know this may seem stupid, but is your system clock set to the correct time? If not, you wont be able to authenticate a connection.

      I have the same proplem it worked feew weeks back but not i only get this error (Authenticating...
      Authentication failed!) nothing else in log.. I have tested this webpage to confirm my account and it works like a charm(Honorbuddy - Login).. did something change in the latest update regarding auth process !!! plz help,.,

      nothing has changed on our auth
      delete your info and retype it
      and also disable your firewall/antivirus

      info been retyped couple of times.. no firewall/antivirus activated.. i can log into hb.buddyauth.com but client gives me no other error then Authentication failed!,..

      any change tony that u have my ip blocked after thoose dos attacks !!! my ip is (**********)

      if u have ?/? or any other than english letters in your HB password change them to a/o (english letters) and try to log again. Som time ago i had same problem that u do and that solved the problem.
      u can change your pw from shop page.
