Please attach the full log. Not sure why it's standing there checking your gear every 15s, but it's likely idling for a reason.
It is attempting to verify that you have completed each of the call of the sea quests. And to start the quest beauty is only scalp deep. If you take a look at this page, and verify each of the pre-requisites are done, then navigate to the quest provider (as listed on the page) it should start up again for you. http://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/Beauty_Is_Only_Scalp_Deep Also, just to verify, you have all four files in the quest directory right? Limsa/Uldah/Gridania 1 - 15, AND the Main Scenario 15 - 50? The other error it threw in there was that it could not load the Uldah 1 - 15 file.
