      i dl that before i loaded hb but do i have to restart my computer before it starts to work?

      dang no i just restarted my computer and it still says the same.. do i have to configure anything?

      just check if net framework is enabled
      you can check it from your control panel-programs-windows features on&off

      are there any log files in the subfolder called logs?(in Hb main folder)

      I think it must be the problem of version, you can upgrade the version. if it is not. you must delete some system file. suggest you reload you system.

      what do you mean?
      it was a net framework issue
      and its fixed now
