      Hello,

      I began receiving this error today after having no issues yesterday. Log attached.

      Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
      http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
      Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.

      Unfortunately whenever I try clicking that link or getting to the buddy download page in general, it says there is an error loading the page: Gyazo - f89bb4f6914dabb8abd1a4476a1a94e0.png

      Any suggestions as to what I can do?

      Can not log into HB Honorbuddy v2.5.13305.777

      This just started last night after working fine that day.

      I have teamviewer installed so let me know if you want to start a session?? I would really like to get this resolved as I can not use it as it is.

      and tell them what? what ports or items we have them unblock?

      The thing that is strange to me is that I can access Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal just fine, just not updates.buddyauth.com

      I can access updates.buddyauth.com on my phone, not connected to my wifi.

      I have tried just about everything at this point: different IP's, OpenDNS, flushing dns, different router configs, etc.
      All computers on the network cannot access the page.
      I contacted Time Warner Cable and talked to two different reps. They both said that they could access the page on their end.
      The only thing I haven't tried is bypassing wifi and connecting a computer directly. That will be my next step. Any other suggestions?
