Had it working on windows 7 but wont work on windows 8.1 64bit for me... I downloaded a bunch of those microsoft visuals distribution packages and still nothing... Ran buddy wizard and got the error "The program cant start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
remove: - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile - microsoft .net framework 4 extended - microsoft .net framework 4.5.1 - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable restart your pc, download the installationwizard from here run it as administrator. after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++ restart
I removed the c++ 2010, 2012 and downloaded some tool that cleans up the .net frameworks and removes them all as I dont know any other way to uninstall them... and it says the same thing when i try and run the wizard and heres an updated log of me running hearthbuddy if it helps at all...
