Help With Installation Please

I'm aware that it's currently having issues with WoW, however the program isn't even installing on my computer to begin with. I first used the wizard to install the proper C and .net files, restarted my computer, though every time I try to install the program (into a new folder) I keep getting an error:

 

right click run as admin worked for me

ya i tried that earlier, no luck.

 

Use the zip file instead of the installer, you seem to be having issues when it tries to download the ms packages and install.

 

^ ^ this worked for me last time I had to install....

 

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.

 

Manual install worked thanks guys.
