  • From a 6 month ban to a perma ban.

      So, I lost 4 accounts, tied to my main bnet, to the 6 month ban wave that hit us. Which whatever, it sucks but so be it. So I go out, buy 4 battle chests and away I go. All new bnet accounts, not tied together. Then yesterday, I suddenly get banned, NOT using any bot software, and get told that my 6 month ban on my main account, is now a perma ban. None of my new accounts were tied to my main account that got nailed in the 6 month ban, yet now they are all perma banned. Not sure what's going on as after the ban wave, I restored my PC to factory and reinstalled wow as well as HB.

      Wondering if they are watching my IP and just nailing any account(s) I fire up now?

      Did you try to appeal your 6 months ban? When did the perma ban happen?

      Comcast wouldn't change my IP, so I went with ATT Uverse. They will change that shit for 14 bucks when ever I want, plus it's cheaper and It lowered my latency by 20ms. You need to change your IP.

      Perma happened yesterday. Will take a screenshot of what happens when I log into my main bnet and try to buy another account. Which is how I found out about it.

      lol @ ptr, ofc you can play it, since they know no bots can work on it...
      wait for it? some idiot will qoute me and say bots do work in ptr xD

      hard pvp, BG farm, or just fishing and leveling?

Due to other account(s) connected to your Battle.net already receiving a 6 month ban, you will no longer be permitted to add accounts(s)or access any previous account(s). The 6 month ban is now a permanent ban and your account(s) will no longer be available for play.

      We understand that you may still have concerns regarding the action, but we must reiterate that it was taken to address a violation of the Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/legal/), which all players accept before logging into the game.

      We understand that these policies may seem harsh, but they are in place to ensure that every player is able to enjoy their time in our games. Thank you for respecting our position.

      How does a ticket status changed to “Resolved”?
      -By you. You can mark a ticket as “Resolved” if you are satisfied with the answer provided in the ticket.
      -By our system. Our system will automatically resolve tickets that have a status of “Answered” or "Need Info" for more than 7 days.
      -By Customer Support. For tickets that were created over the phone or in-game, Customer Support will mark the ticket as “Resolved” after we get confirmation from you. However, you can always either reopen the ticket or create a new ticket if the problem reoccurs.

      This was the response I received when I asked as to why my 5th account was banned, which I had not used any bots on as it is my main bnet.

      Pre the 6 month ban I was only using HB to level characters. After the ban, I was using CR's Tuanha and Millz. Never left alone and no longer than 4-5 hours a session.

      I'd say there are pissed. Every time I start a new account they shut it down on me. Then again my main was a 10 year account that was both buying and selling gold back in the LK xpac.

      man if i was in your place i'd give up, why feed them more money ?
      the 6 month ban was my first suspension / ban / ever in my botting life, and now im on one of my old accounts botting only CR using enyo + KingWoW2 Priest...
      if i get hammered again, it's the final nail in the coffin.. i'd stop wasting more money to get banned...

      yes the game is amazing, and yes there are better games out there, but im used to wow, but still, enough is enough... screw blizzard...

      Chunta you have to replace you're u-verse modem do get a new IP.Every u-verse modem has its own IP address...I work for AT&T..

      another one question: where are you was when bot worked?
      i mean, i use a second monitor for bot-sessions and control what bot do (mb picking 1 quest nonstop or stuck in walls) and chat.
      did you do something like that?

      Did you open all 4 at the same time or one after the other when one got banned?
