      hi admins i tried to do some troubleshooting myself and still no solution found could you please assist

      - i disabled streaming from store products i turned them all off
      - reinstalled HB
      - tried to delete the profile settings and reopened the buddy

      nothing seems to work

      after doing that i had same issue
      i reinstalled buddy and restarted my computer to be sure
      now it does somthing totally different
      it closes the bot instantly after i press oke to launch it

      Looks like you are trying to load the bot into the x64 client. Change the client to boot only the 32bit client dummy.

      If that doesn't work.

      Full uninstall of HB with uninstaller, delete also the HB folder in "Documents" directory.

      Then do a full reinstall. Reboot PC and run the bot launcher as admin.

      Also don't use any dumb software like fraps or other overlays etc. that inject into WoW

      well Whatsmacroing , i disabled overwolf and that seems to irritate my bot altho
      the problem with the searching for buddy store profiles ; this make take a while is still not solved do the full process
      since you seem to know bit more free to try solve it without anny sarcasm please :)

      Bloody Alliance players the only ones with problems lol. Everyone else has a brain in their head to sort out any issues they find. There was no sarcasm. Search Google with the error code and find the answer yourself:
      Pro hint: Turn off streaming updates from store.

      P.S. This time you had a different crash reason than last time.

      Best way you can fix your problem is to do the work yourself. Use your brain and look around.

      and I'm not a specialist so i ask before i do something wrong after al i paid for this bot
      so having at least some help on getting it back to work would help me allot better out
      and after googling the issue i'm still having no clue on how to fix it myself

      I paid for this bot too. You didn't pay me to help you though. So try helping yourself first because other people have stuff to do also.

      Change DX 11 to DX 9 and follow all of the steps I linked in the above thread.

      If it still doesn't work then come back and say.

      1. Try rebooting your computer first before anything. Seriously. Try it.
      DONE

      2. Attach a log. No log = no help.

      3. Disable any addons you don't absolutely need. Especially stuff like ElvUI etc.
      DONE

      4. Have you tried using ANY other profile, does it still happen?
      Can't select a profile so since HB doesn't even want to load the store

      5. Check the thread for the profile that you downloaded (where it is crashing) and see if there has been a manual update somewhere there, or if others are experiencing the same issues.
      i disabled all profiles from streaming in the store .

      6. Did you try a right-click "Update SVN" on the profile folder BEFORE starting the bot?
      since no profiles loaded there no profiles in the list ...

      7. Did you try doing a "Repair" of the WoW files via the Battle.net launcher?
      wow has nothing to repair all works like intended after trying nothing to fix

      8. Have you tried a clean install of Honorbuddy? (This means deleting your "Documents > Honorbuddy" folder also after using the Uninstaller (remember to save any profile folders tho and move them somewhere else temporarily))
      i uninstalled honorbuddy completely and reinstalled it since i had no profiles i can not save them anywhere else

      9. Have you tried a fresh installation of WoW?
      YES I DID not planning to keep trying that after doing it twice it takes freaking over 30 gig ......

      10. Try a different character and run the profile there (even if you aren't in the same zone).
      tried it HB still doesn't want to load


      troubleshooting steps all done no result i'm back

      free to close this tread tony

      figured out after the uninstall client honorbuddy still left files in my temp map
      what made them corrupt probably
      i finally got trough the system and it uploaded also my routines annyway if you might have people with same issues they prob also still got hidden files fter uninstall that became corrupt

The HB users have access to this forum, so that they can ask for support when need be. YOU are not responsible / required, to provide any support to anyone as you are not a Bossland GmBH employee.
