So today is Saturday, there is not a maintenance. So why has my bot not starting? I click on it like I normally do, and nothing happens. Then when I do it again, it says "max sessions." this is really annoying. It was working fine two days ago. I tried re-installing the most recent one but it did not work either. please help.
I'm having this exact issue. At first tried updating through the updater program, but then it was crashing on every startup after loading the console. Ran the wizard, wiped my folder, did a completely clean install. Now it won't open at all after the login screen.
I had the same issue when he released the full version of it crashing as soon as I input the key. I downloaded and made a fresh install and had zero issues after that.
You are not running the latest release that is why. I was getting the same error https://www.thebuddyforum.com/rebor...-support/219748-reborn-buddy-beta-errors.html Go to http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Rebornbuddy download the latest version and clean out your Rebornbudddy folder and install the latest version. The version you have is not the latest. Once you do that it should work I got it working when I followed these steps.
Hey Mastahg can you make it so at the very top of the log it puts the version number of the bot that the person is running it would be very helpful because a lot of these errors are being caused by the person not running the latest version.
today. I can't login to Rebornbuddy, sometimes it says "max session" and sometimes it says ff14bot not responding here's the log
Are you running the DX9 FFXIV client? Have you tried a fresh RB install with no additional plugins/botbases/CRs?
I had this exact same issue too, and it was resolved with downloading the proper client. I had been running the beta before.
yes I am running FFXIV with DX9 and windows 8.1 I tried a fresh RB and it works. then I start to copy paste additional plugins/botbases/CRs and it does not work. does that mean there are some plugins that doesnt work or affecting the RB itself?
Try them one at a time. When you come across one that doesn't work, post the RB log file in that plugin's topic.
