  • I have requested a refund 3 days ago, no reaction ever since.

      Regarding the terms and service of refunds i quote:

      '' Seven days from purchase date, no question asked, Refund Policy. Please send the Key you bought to support@thebuddyforum.com and ask for the refund. Payments will be refunded within 24 hours.''

      This has to be done within 7 days of purchase. I requested a refund pretty much an hour after i did the purchase 3 days ago..

      Can you please refund for my key ? I will use the money to buy a third lifetime honorbuddy key instead.
      Would u be so kind to let me know anything ?

      I was just wondering because its been a few days ago and the ToS said payments will be refunded within 24 hours.
      I can understand if its a busy time it takes a bit longer :)

      Still no reply/refund unfortunately.
      I'm being patient but 5 days is long for waiting if the ToS say refunds will be given within 24 hours.

      No racism or anything related; I see you're from Greece.
      I'm from the Netherlands and we know Greece economy is all f*cked up these days.
      (Netherlands gave billions of €€ last years to help Greece economy)

      Will i get my money refunded as requested or is it gone ?

      We gave you culture and democracy,billions of €€ cant pay those

      as for your refund it is handled by payment dept and not me personally

      Are the payment dept department busy and working on the refund ?

      from what i know,payments dept giving the order within 24 hours for the refund

      it takes some days till you can see the money on your acc due to how banking system works

      yes i think so. Bossland got assigned to my ticket 5 days ago, didn't get a respond/reply to my questions the last days though. that's why i'm wondering what's happening.

      Its been 4 days ago since Bossland replied to my ticket and its been 9 days ago since I requested a refund.
      ToS say refunds will be given within 24 hours of request. It's been almost 10 days ago since my request!!

      I own 2 lifetime honorbuddy keys and want to buy 2 more lifetime keys,
      however since I still dont have a refund for my Hearthbuddy key and Bossland is probably shitting on me,
      I will never buy a key from them ever again.

      Probably I was just right about what i mentioned earlier in this topic about Greece having bad economy and I lost my money.
      This is just f*cking ridiculous.
      I've lost my patience

      edit: Tbh, I've lost my patience. I'm done with this.. it infuriates and frustrates me to keep waiting for my refund.
      Keep my money. I will never buy a key again.

      Bossland Gmbh is a company based in Germany,Bossland will check your case asap


      looks like you have some manner issues in contrast with the rest people from Netherlands i know ,count this post as your final warning
