Combat bot profile with skip?

Is it possible to have a combat bot profile with conversation autoskip?

 

Try this, also remember to change the Alignment type to Light if needed.

I had quickly pulled one of my own profiles to try that but I didn't give it the name combat bot. That works a treat thanks.
