Troubles with installation of HB - Error Report

So, I have downloaded Honorbuddy (the Installer-Version) and tried to install it, but it doesnt work and I get the following Error report:

Reading this Error report several times, i have no idea what didnt work.
CAN anyone please tell me whats wrong with my Installation?
