  • HB Not Logging In On Specific Connection

      My HB is not logging in on a wi-fi connection at work. It used to, but recently, it says:

      "Honorbuddy v2.5.14236.796 started.
      Honorbuddy was unable to check for an update.
      Honorbuddy will not be able to update automatically.
      Logging in..."

      I took the PC home and everything works fine on my Fios connection.

      At work I have uninstalled, reinstalled, run the wizard and flushed the DNS but nothing has worked.

      Any help here is much appreciated.

      are you on a limited network?

      I'm not quite sure what defines a limited network. It is a public wi-fi connection and I have run the program on it before. I am also able to run WoW, netflix and other media on it. Is there any way I can check that?

      flush your dns and try again

      I flushed the DNS and it did not resolve the issue.

      any antivirus/firewall enabled

      also make sure you are using Google dns servers
