I am sick of leveling bots manually. How easy is it if I wanted to set up this bot as a "progression" bot? I understand the risks of botting in hardcore, but is this bot competent enough to do progression in hardcore relatively safely? In other words, is there a way for me to set "do not progress to next zone/quest unless bot has grinded at least 6 levels higher than the next zone/quest level"?
But it is easy to setup? Because I can get around the risk aspect. I can have the bot grind early zones for like 3 hours. Next thing I know, the bot has 10 skill points. I put the skill points in, then run Buddy for like x amount of time, for a few quests. Then repeat the process of farming on slightly higher lvl zones.
yes this is what most are doing right now. eventually there will be plugins to handle everything though.
You have been bouncing back and fourth on this topic for a while now it seems. Things have changed with ExileBuddy, so best to read up on it yourself.
Lol. Good memory. Yes I have. I just checked out the guides forums to try and learn a bit more Is there a general guide to setting up the bot for progress that you could point me to?
Hum.. At the moment Community Devs are trying to get their old plugins up to date, give it a few days. For progression based, that's my side of things, it's going smooth atm. Unlike pushedx testing on one account, I have numerous and can repetitively try the same area over and over until it's done right. Just a little bit of time, also we're all trying to get a good method in on how to dump skills so it can auto add to skilltree that pushedx added.
Nm We passed that Idea, due to the nature of branching on the skill tree, it's best if it's manually done. Will take 5 mins, but will save days of headaches.
THis bot is easy to use. Open up the bot. Pick a location and pick skill you want to use. Percent to autopot and your done.
There'll be a lot of improvements done in the near future to help make the bot easier to use and setup. Progression, quest, and map stuff will be pretty much community contributed aspects, but the core bot will have some changes made to help make things easier for them.
