Unless you're using farming accounts, I would highly recommend you stop using Click to Move coordinated profiles entirely. But that's just me.
Wow yeah thanks for the heads up there. I plan on wiping my machine this week and re-loading. You are right i did use ashran buddy, but that was back before the 1st ban. Pretty sure i didnt use it since but thanks for the heads up guys
A lot of people have noted that the ban detection for the May banwave most likely took place well before your posts about the Ashran profiles (as in it most likely happened in April). I pointed out your May Ashran posts to you because I think those were what got you banned today. Look at the "other bot's" forum and you'll see a lot of people were thinking their detection for this current "banwave" had to have gone back a few months. In other words, my theory is that you lost your account in May due to a detection of HB (like I did) back in April, and you lost the one today most likely due to the use of that profile (or others similar to it) from a Click To Move/coordinates detection in May. I wasn't trying to be a dick. I was trying to help you narrow down the most likely scenario (in my opinion) since you were among the handful who got hit.
Nope you were kind to point that out. Even though I have been here a while I'm a noob when it comes to getting banned and why. Lol
No worries, dude. I read your reply as having some sarcasm in it so I wanted to make sure you understood that I was only trying to help. Good to know I misread it. For the future, I'd suggest manual movement + CR if you still want to use HB for your rotations. I try to avoid any and all Click To Move like the plague, because it's going to be a traceable and identical pattern to whichever other botter(s) they happen to catch on any given day. All they'd have to do is run a check to see what players might have used the same coordinated movements and you (or others using them) could very well be compiled into a list of Accounts To Be Banned Later. For me, it's not worth the risk.
Reasons for the decrease in Honorbuddy population to what it was a couple of years back? 1) Massive banwave. 2) Reduced price of gold - garrisons free gold - reduced profit. Lowest gold demand ever. 3) Increased difficulty in using Hb -more and more plugins, less public profiles. 4) Lower general interest in the game. Lower than vanilla subs---> many friends no longer playing ----> Less interest in playing. 5) Increased awareness about botting in the non-botting population. Like bots were responsible that the game sucks. Oh well. Lots of white knights reporting bots. 6) Blizzard sells legitimate gold, and at a quite competitive price. 7) Other bots in the market, some with (assumingly) cheaper costs. 8) No HB in arenas. CR's , that were untouchable for a good while, get also banned in the tsunami wave. 9) Worst expansion ever. Super boredom. 10) Some of the most frequent and easy farming methods have been targeted and quite eradicated by Blizzard. Dungeon farming, 5 man dungeon farming, gathering , all have been told to be super risky now. I guess other people could find a lot more reasons, but here you'll find a few. Some of these points you'll agree a lot, some less, some nothing at all. But all of these points have contributed to the descent in Hb users, to some degree.
HB is allowed in Arenas once again. https://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/221349-honorbuddy-arena.html
ive been botting for a good 3 years - 24/7 for the most part. 2 accounts on one battle net. neither of got banned. i used one account to farm dual logged with my main which uses the CR. weird
CRs only control your rotation, so all the movement is handled manually. In essence, that means you aren't logging coordinates to Blizzard which are identical to whatever botter(s) that happened to catch recently, and your spells/abilities simply register as keypresses. It's still botting, but it leaves a much smaller footprint and in essence, is the "safest" form of it. Many, many people use HB for AFK practices though, which require Click To Move, and while I don't fault them for choosing to bot in their own way, I usually urge people not to do any AFK botting unless they absolutely feel they need to. It's just adding an extra bullet to the game of account roulette.
And this is where you show that what you call logic, really isn't logic at all. Either none, or all my botting accounts would be banned if the bans were done in delayed small waves. If they were banned they would all be banned at the same time. None of the active accounts would survive a "wave", because if 1 account was detected to be running honorbuddy, tehn all active accounts running honorbuddy would be banned. Why would they discriminate at all?(Now this is where logic comes into play: it is logical to assume that if only 2 of 5 accounts that were botting and created around the same time were banned, then honorbuddy is not being detected, rather the behaviour of those 2 accounts is what is causing the ban. Logic, Google it. By Your sorry little excuse for logic, the 3 other accounts would eventually be banned no matter what, blizzard jsut had to decide when they'd feel like banning em. They sure are taking their time though, since mine are still running.) Oh and btw, none of my accounts were hit in that big ban wave a while back, absolutely none. All my play time had run out about 1-2 weeks before that, and I was super busy With work to bother managing them at the time. They all active now again, still no ban. Your "logic" sure is looking air tight huh? See, I've gotten banned 4 hours after starting botting, was this a delayed wave? no. Why oh why would they not ban the 4 other accounts running a bot at the same time? Did they want me to earn at least 800k gold before banning my accounts? (cause honorbuddy wasn't being detected, they just saw one guy farming and follwoing the same pattern in a known botter area). How is it so many of you botters fail to recognise this? It becomes especially entertaining when you call something a "dumb argument" when you're clearly, consciously, disregarding known facts. Secondly, why did blizzard want to ban my 5 accounts running gundrak at the same time, but not my two others farming ore? Did they really like my two ore farmers? Were they in love with my ore farmers jsut because they were female night elves?(i give you a hint: the two ore farmers weren't detected, the bot isn't detected.) Your logic is based on assumptions that are disproved every day in the ban section of this forum, yet still you insist you're right. I know you'll still insist that the only reason I still have my random mop heroic instance farm team is because Blizzard jsut don't want to ban them until I've earned at least 10 mil gold on em, right? Why do they like my team better than other botters' teams? Is it my bubbling personality? And don't try to excuse it with "they want to hit us in waves to scare us", cause then they wouldn't discriminate against any of my botting accounts, they'd all be permabanned isntead of making me filthy rich as I write this. Why are they letting me gear up all my botting teams With bgbuddy while banning lots of others? what makes me so special? (if you haven't realised it yet, your little attempt at logic is kinda falling flat). P.s I've gotten a lot of bans, and have a lot of various teams that are still running. I've only been botting for a year, but I've been botting hard baby. Got my first ban in Botanica 8 hours after starting, boy Blizzard sure didn't like that account huh? That was one sick wave that hit my one account after a whole 8 hours.
Omg. Of course you're right. NO. Sadly, you fail at using logic .....big time. You probably have heard the same reasoning several times, yet purposefully refuse to understand it. (You see? That's an assumption, just like the 100 you did.) There are ,at the very least, 10 wrong assumptions in your previous wall of text. Anything that you tried to explain or refute is completely lost at the wrong premises. I don't attempt at logic; logic simply is logical. I don't have to google it. My studies, career and actual job help me with it. And I'm fine, thanks. When you resort to personal attacks to the people that disagree with you, you are just portraying yourself. And you definitely just did. In your incoherent rambling, you seem to consider the banning through waves is a false theory too. https://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/221249-honorbuddy-buy-buy.html#post2010508 It seems supported by the buddystaff though. They must be wrong too. Like everybody but you is. I would go step by step answering each of your points. But you seem to be the kind of person that would never change his mind, even when confronting an obvious reality. So I'll just save my time.
u 2, get a room and move on. they can ban you when they want to, without a reason they can scan designated memory to look for stuff hooked into wow, when they want to they can ban you for using garrisonbuddy, just by using a pattern overlay and get you on coordinates they can record and scan for same keypresses. Aka 100 % same rotations for a while. they can steal your icecream they can have your babies they can see if your watching pron tbh, who gives a **** Only thing you need to know is that IF THEY WANT YOU, that you are busted. get a life and move on allready, this childish yes and no is so old and lame.
Since i came back to wow 2 months ago iv been botting 5 hours usually a day and ill play the rest my self and logg off and goto sleep and do the same. but iv been using HB for 5 years now and have 23 level 90s and 12 100s atm with probably over a million Gold on my toons total. and still have not gotten a warning or anything yet. and im using my OG Vanilla account..
The DC's seemed pretty strange to me as well, I noticed them start in April and they just stopped last week. I got hit in the ban wave and have not used the bot on my new linked account. I have not updated any drivers on my computer and my tinfoil hat tells me that they stopped monitoring my account when the dc's stopped. I do understand dc's stopping can be explained away by: -a change at my isp -a change in wow -updated drivers -I'm sure a lot more But reading around these forms you will see other people mention these strange dc's since April (ish). My brother who stopped botting in March had his Dc's stop about a month ago.
You're pretty much copying what I wrote in response to you, which is hilarious in itself. And am I to assume all you write is proven facts? You should probably point them out, as it stands you're not backing up your claims at all. As an educated man you would know that claims need to be backed up, since most educational institutions would give you an F if you didn't. (but I already know why you don't argue against it, your reasoning is in direct contradiction to my examples. It's ok to bury your head in the sand) If my post can be seen as a personal attack, then you drew first blood with: Don't call a man dumb when you yourself fail at the most basic of logic. Think you need to google Irony as well. I'm not surprised that you considered it incoherent rambling, based on your previous posts a lot seems lost on you. The post in itself is full of examples that directly contradict your arguments, it also contradicts the post made by honorbuddy staff you're refering to. As they themselves do not have any facts at all. If all bans are waves, then please, I beg of you to enlighten me, how are the bans I've experienced(and others that actually bother to report it in ban section) waves? How is a ban 4 hours after the bot is started a wave? How is it a wave if 2 of 5 accounts are banned 10 hours after startup, but the remaining 3 aren't banned at all? (if you consider it a wave that they wait and observe the account for a little while, then sure, it's a wave. But that is not how I would define a wave, it's just verification). But I'm sure you're too dignified to answer ammiright? ^______________________________________________________________________________^
Nopes. I CAN answer. I simply choose not to. You are not worth the hassle. I think that's clear to most people that came to this thread and saw what you write, or have previous experiences dealing with you. You are excellent at destroying threads. Congratulations on another one.
More like excellent at destroying your replies. I take it I've also destroyed you in another thread then? And you did deem me worthy of an answer, yet it still lacked anything to disprove what I've previously written. It's ok, there is a support group on facebook you can join.
