Hey guys, today i got a few baned accounts, i was wandering if anyone had the same problem. I got 9 accounts banned on us servers
Oh.. I'm sad to hear buddy's! I actually thought about this some days ago, as I'm used to read more on the WoW-side of this forum about bans, this section dont even have a Ban-section.. So I thought it wasnt that normal to get banned. But again I'm sorry to hear this, feel for you mates!
please share some information. which server, banned for what (selling, 3rd party tool)? what were you doing, for how long per day, where etc. thank you

I am sorry, but i dont like to share information about my botting style, ppl tend to copy other ppl. Is best if evryone do it diferently. Also thank u for your feelings. I toght that maybe ther was a ban wave, and it sems i wazent the only one baned, maybe that was the reason.
Judging by the number of accounts banned, these were all credit farming bots / accounts, right? It seems not so much a report of the bot itself, rather than them either catching up on Bot reports and closing accounts or looking at data and finding outliers.
I realy dont know m8, i see 2 other got a few accounts baned on the same day, maybe was a verry small banwave or they wher reported by other players and decided to ban them on that day. I just wanted to know if i was the only one getting hit that day.

I don't either, obviously. I am quite self-righteous in my botting and justify it with BioWare more or less enabling goldsellers and indirectly do it themselves. Coupled with creditsinks being either nonexistent or exceedingly high (all mounts and vehicles come from Cartel market and the creditsinks that exist are things like guildship etc (50M for baseline is a lot))
Usually prior to any big release companies ban bots/RMT to make the game look less infected when people come back. The bans will get worse for awhile, Bioware is trying to revive swtor with this xpac. The same exact thing is happening in Gw2 right now, I used to bot that 18hrs a day now I can't run a bot for more than 2hrs without getting banned.
