MY honor buddy key and my lost account

Would a admin be able to message me about this cause i have a honor buddy key i have been using for quite some time but i am unable to add anything to it from the buddy store cause i lost the account log in information. is there a way i could link it to my new account?

i have the same issue but I no longer have the email I signed up with

 

i wish these people would understand its been a years now since i bought it i don't have any of the info i use i even have a different bank now so how can i give them info if i don't have it no more

 

well how can we prove its you and you bought it. theres no way around it we need that information.

 

how the hell I had it for years now people lose stuff specially after years the 3 moves I guess that's fine it can still be use guess I right my own profiles and yall wont get no money

 

Good Luck... I dont have the account that I used to purchase my HB keys and they told me they cant do anything for me. I cant log into the buddy store at all and they said they cant do it with out that original email. So.. when everything moves to the buddy store and you cant get anything for free, Or even free downloads from the buddy store Im quitting.
