I've been botting on a starter account which has just hit 20 and I am thinking of RaF'ing if from my main. I'm just wondering however if Blizzard sees I RaF'ed a bot running from the same IP address, would they take action? I think I might be being a little paranoid here

I'm doing a similar thing now; I don't think they care as long as you don't bot to excess (72hr straight); just keep it low key, use custom routines and you should be ok.

You guys dont understand what he is asking. He wants to know if he can bot account "2" while he plays himself on his main. So he gets the RAF experience but isnt botting on his main. At least that is what i am assuming he was saying.

On that note, im not quite sure, but they normally wouldnt and i dont think they will.

Yep, you are a bit more paranoid than should be. But this is all-around good.

The paranoia usually saves our accounts a$$es here :D

But on the question - Blizzard almost never ban non-botting accounts/licenses. They focus only on the violating ones. Even if you bot on same computer, they have reason to ban account, which were never banned. And they usually don't!

Blizzard seems to have calmed down recently with banning people who don't hurt the game or influence the environment too much; I wouldn't be too worried.

Or they just collect data for the next wave :) No one knows.
If I see the number of subscribers Blizz should better leave the bots where they are and not ban them anymore. WoW never had such a low amount of gamers before.
I will not say it's only because of banned bots, but I am sure that it is one reason.

Never say never. Maybe I've just pissed off Blizzard enough that they targetted me, but I've had accounts, numerous times, that were banned even tho they had less than 1 minute of gameplay (just invited to guild to be backup gold savers) due to IP bans when running 5man teams. I've also had an account that RaF a different 5man team because it was "linked" to the botting acocunts. Blizzard can and will do whatever they want, whenever they want. If you're just planning on RaF one account then should be fine, but just know there is always a risk. It has been said a million times before, but if you're worried about losing an account than botting is not for you.
