HB Launcher has stopped working. WOW doesnt even start.

As the title says. When i open HB and launch WOW it just says " ....stopped working " and the wow windows does not open.

And when i open wow 32 bit and HB after, it is very slow and barely works.

I do not even have these types of " Cache " files. Buddy store doesnt even exist anywhere.

 

I've tried this and it does not work. I have also uninstalled WOW and HB and it does not still work. What can the problem be? Can it be any microsoft file?

I am now having this issue too, the HB launcher doesn't launch WoW. What logs are you looking for exactly when nothing opens? I might be misunderstanding but if nothing opens there would be no logs? I will give as much info as possible. I have uninstalled WoW and HB, ran the HB Wizard, everything is updated on Windows. If I restart my computer the launcher will work only once (I bot multiple accounts so this doesn't work for me). I am not that computer savvy so I whatever information you need you need to tell me or direct me on how to get it to you.
