Combat Routine Menu not showing up - HELP PLEASE

Hey there,

When i load up HB, i usually get a menu that lets me decide whether i want to use my PvP rotation for healing or my PvE DPS rotation,

What happens is that it goes straight to singular without letting me choose, and i have the rotations enabled in "My Purchases"

Please help,
