      I have the same problem but little different.

      We couldn't find a free WoW process to attach. There are 64bit version(s) of WoW running. Please make sure you use Honorbuddy Launcher to launch the game before starting honorbuddy.

      I am in game and in windowed mode.

      This is asking you to relaunch the game in 32-bit mode using the Honorbuddy Launcher in the folder that you have Honorbuddy installed to. To make sure you're launching in 32bit mode look in the bottom left corner of the WoW login screen for something that looks like x86. This is 32-bit mode and will allow HB to attach.

      You just post the answer for your own problem. You are running 64bit version of WoW, that's not supported. Run 32bit version instead:

      Ways of running 32bit version of WoW (there are others):

      1 - On Battle.net app options go on Game Settings tab, and select the box "Launch 32-bit client";
      2 - Go to WoW installation folder, and create a shortcut on desktop for the file "Wow.exe", then right click the shortcut, go proprieties, after the wow path add -noautolaunch64bit;

      Done.
