opened new thread as has been requested and log files attached View attachment 4616 2015-09-24 19.02.txt View attachment 1724 2015-09-24 20.34.txt ok so a update on my issue i have 1st uninstalled all related programs including all net frame work and c++ 2nd i cleared the registry of all entries that had anything to do with the related programs 3rd i restarted pc 4th i ran buddy dependencies wizard and all required net frame work and c++ was installed 5th i restarted pc 6th installed HB restarted pc again 7th back at stuck at logging in i have no loop back adapters i have disabled antivirus and firewall even tho they have exceptions i have ran ipconfig/release,renew and flushdns i have all so reset my windows hosts files to default mot to mention power cycle the router and modem
Not an unknown reason, the login servers were down, and now are back up. It would have been nice to hear from a Dev or Admin about the issue instead this "Tony" person who literally just spams a link to the page where it tells you to post logs. Basically insinuating that it is everyone elses fault that they can't login, not HB's server. @HB, you guys need to start using VMware servers and have a daily backup running to which you can do a full VM restore to, you'd be able to restore the entire server in 10 minutes, not take 8 hours
