Picking up Quest Issue

Hey, I'm using the questing part of honorbuddy, and I've been using it for a while and never really came across this issue until the past few days, but when the toon goes to pick up a quest it constantly opens the chat window with the npc and attempts to accept the quest, however after several attempts it simply gives up and it says that it was unable to accept or complete the quest after 20 seconds and as a result the bot stops. Is there any fix to this as it keeps hapening with multiple quests, thanks again!
