      So I have already sent a ticket to support email, but curious to know why after having my key since 2012, it would just flag fraudulent today. Would this be Bosslands response to me requesting a refund for a broken and unsupported product I purchased in the buddystore? Would a refund for this specific item cause my account to be flagged as fraudulent?

      Are you definitely using your correct key and not perhaps an old trial key you once had?

      No it's the correct one. I am now reading an older post from Feb where someone asked about refunding a product that he purchased through the buddy store...the mod mentioned not doing it through paypal which is what I did....doing this could result in the key being removed. Would have been nice to know this.......some BS

      done that about 8 hours ago. how long does it take for someone to turn my key back on?

      it can take up to 72 hours for a response.

      It's now been over 72 hours since I submit my ticket and no response from anyone. Could you please push this issue up? I'd honestly hate to get with paypal to have everything I purchased refunded.

      if they havent responded by now then send another e-mail. make sure your including the key in question in the e-mail.

      Even though I shouldn't have had to submit a 2nd ticket (This should show the level of support Bossland has or doesn't have) I have done this per your request. This will be my last support ticket for this issue....See ticket for more detailed information.

      I am having the exact same issue, Got charged twice for a Tenaan Jungle pack by "AION" by accidently at the shop, asked for a refund. Now my key is listed as fraudulent. My request ticket number is #108356.
