i am new to botting and have no background or knowledge about it. please teach me and enlighten me on how to use it and use multi windows and using multiple ips in a single computer thanks

At the risk of not wanting to repeat myself over and over every time a topic like this comes up, my suggestion would be to browse through a plethora of existing topics to see if they can address your questions and if you still have some after that, feel free to drop them here in your own topic - don't forget to be specific, if possible.
SquareEnix rarely, if ever, suspends or permanently bans botters as of right now. That may change in the future, but for now, it's very safe to use RB in FFXIV, even with multiple accounts, so long as you're not teleporting hacking dungeons or doing things that make you stand out as a botter (such as running Fate Bot in Northern Thanalan AFK, where RB will do a lot of running around unnecessarily). Stick to being careful with RB and not going 24/7 when you're new to it and you'll be fine.
is there an ip ban? and if ever an account gets banned using a certain ip. do other accounts using that same ip get a higher chance of detection? i have read different sides in other threads so not really sure
There are basically no bans right now for botting, so it's hard to tell, quite honestly. I would always assume they will, so as with any botting software, don't risk what you aren't willing to use. But again, I've only seen 1 or 2 posts in the last several months on here about getting a temporary suspension and not once have I seen someone posting that claimed to have been permanently banned.
You can start now. You can start with the official 1-50 questing pack using Order Bot, but please do not AFK it, as it needs to be babysat. If you see "No viable path" warnings, you will need to move to a different zone then start the profile again. You can check which zone you need to move to, open your journal (list of quests you have) and click on the "Map" button and it should show you the zone you need to move to. You can also use Fate Bot for levels 1-15 in any starting zone and 15-50 will require moving to different zones every 5-10 levels. If you go that route, make sure you set your Home Point to an Aetheryte in that zone so that if/when you die, you will still be in the same zone.
so the bot does the quest for me? and do i need to do main quest or could i just rush to level 50 or 60 my gathering without main questing?
You can rush there if you want, but you will have to do the main scenario quests before going into the patch 2.1 quests.
