      Hello support,

I frequently get bsods that I am 100% sure is caused by the bot and/or my computer's interaction with it. I will start posting up logs each time it happens.

forgive me if this sounds rude, but your assessment seems quick and tactless. Seeing as I have never had a bsod on this computer for years, and then only proceed to get it with honorbuddy on leads me to believe there is a correlation.

      Hi, J3rmz1,

Due to Tony's crushing workload, he is frequently laconic.

BSOD's are caused by only a few things:
      • A hardware issue (perhaps memory has become unseated, or your are suffering overheating due to excessive dust in your machine)
      • A device-driver problem
      • An operating system bug (not likely, but still possible)
Application-level code is never the cause of such issues. Although, the application-level code may aggravate the problem by its access patterns to the failing hardware, or device driver.

You can find a little more information in the "To Remedy: Operating system crashes (i.e., 'blue screens')" section here:

Basically, the problem is in your court, and you may need to use Google for help.

      cheers,
      chinajade
