I have gone through all of it i (1) opened ports on router (2) installed fresh Honorbuddy (3) fixed hosts (4) flushdns
i didn't add HB to firewall or antivirus exception since i use none ,, i normally don't download or put anything on my computer so no need ...
but it didn't fix it ...

      Hi again, Msn443,

Nae, that is not normal. But, its great you thought to look in task manager and kill the zombie process, as the zombie will interfere if you try to launch it again.

The DNS error is an unusual failure mode. Let's make certain your dependencies are correct. Please follow the instructions for "Repair it manually" in this article:

If no joy, let's try a 'clean install':

If still no joy, please show us a fresh log from the clean install.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Hi again, Msn443, and sorry you're still having issues.

To me it really looks like the Honorbuddy installation is botched. It thinks a DLL that ships with Honorbuddy "is not a valid Win32 application." Did you carefully follow the instructions we linked for the 'clean install'?

To be honest, I'm out of ideas on this one, and will need another Staff member to take a look.

      cheers,
      chinajade
