My experience: 2 Characters without RaF, both around 12 - 14 days 4 Characters with RaF, all around 6 - 9 days
I'm still in my early stages of my honorbuddy life. Only been running a few days, but I did used to use glider alot.. It'll depend on what classes ur botting with what specs, if ur doing 2 characters together whats their syngery like? whats ur gear like? do you have the heirloom items? are you RAF'ing? I'm trying Shaman out for the first time, though I've used glider for paladin/lock/hunter/priest/rogue/druid. Obviously this is different bot but I tihnk the basic rules apply. My shammy was 27 just over the weekend not sure what it is now, but this is my first time using HB so I've been learning alot and messing about with the CS etc.. I love it.. ill update later when I get home from work as to what level the bot is now.. I run it from ~ 8.30 in the morning to 11-12ish at night (23:00-0:00). I think the meshes and profiles could use some tuning though
paladin 1-80 - 12 days played (was very often visiting cities an ah) i played manualy 1-12 and 58-60, rest was HBed
Botting Paladin to 80 took About 16 days most of the time botting for 24 hours occasionally training and updating gear.
79 right now, over 21 days /played on a mage. esp. 70+ levels been very hard because of mailing not working as it should (a profile thing?) and then just standing in front of mailbox until logout. does lot of skinning and mining, that kills time too... but it's worth it
I've leveled my first character with HB to 70, I am doing the mixed-AV. My alliance is sucking balls so it is taking forever. I am currently at 14 days played.
My hunter is level 72 now, with about 12 days /played. His gear is crap and I've had a lot of times where he would AFK in the middle of the night. Also had to make a lot of trips to towns for mailing because he has skinning and herbing turned on. All in all, it's taken a little longer than I hoped but if I took the time to gear him up every 5 or so levels he would probably have much better exp/hour. Next time I'm going to try RAF cause I have a couple extra Battle Chests laying around.
i had 14 days on my mage, but keep in mind i did a lot of playing around, and there was alot of times where i would implement a new feature so i would stop the bot, and lone behold the code didnt work, or it had syntax issues. so there was a lot of my toon just standing around because i was Dev'ing at the time. i think now, someone hitting it hard and fast could do a mage in 12 days. if not less.
Who has left honorbuddy running unattended and for extended periods of time? I've been sorta babysitting my pc while honorbuddy is running and only run it for about 3-4 hours at a time. I'd like to leave it running over night while sleeping but think that's asking for trouble.
I've done it multiple times, I'm on a medium pop PvE server so I cant speak for PvP servers or Higher pop ones
I try and leave mine on for 24 hrs a day. I have never had any problems. usually the toon levels so fast that it is in different areas all the time so no one thinks anything of it. The only time my bot isnt running is during the maintenance. I dont leave just one toon on at all times just for a little bit of security
huntard = 22 /played (first botted char, really stupid hunter XD) warrior = 11 days /played (luvin this bot, luvin him in pvp XD) warlock = 16 days /played (lotta farming, not so much pwnage :/, tears it up in pvp though! favorite of all my chars so far!)
