      Currently Raspberry Pi support running Win10 on their platform.
      Does the game and bot works well on Raspberry Pi?

      Is someone test this before?

      I'm not sure if Pi would have the power to process the AI and perform the inputs in time.

      Test it for us. :)

      You could look at Hearthbuddy's, Hearthstone's and Windows 10's computer spec requirement and see if the most powerful Raspberry Pi can handle that :)
