Mount runs - ZG + Kara + Ashes + Onyxia with full navigation (inc. draenor)

Hi, the profile is skipping ZG even if i miss the raptor. any clue on that ?

 

Got Ashes first time using this profile! Just lucky, but all in all it did okay...would have gotten stuck some places if i was 100% afk, but did a pretty good job!

im having an issue with the ZG Profile. It flies to org then stops in front of the quest board and says "Taking portal to blasted lands" then does nothing, Am i missing something?


It turns out that the .xml file i had wasnt a recent version. I downloaded and replaced now its working fine.

 

I noticed the mount loader has other mounts listed in it

Will it run through all the mounts listed? although the actual profile only seems to address zg, kara, the eye and ony?

It would be great if it did... I'd love to just run it on one toon at a time and it goes place to place while i sit back and relax.... also are you able to make an eye of eternity script? to loot the blue and azure drakes

 

@lostmyz: I was working with rabbit on a rather sizeable release that would run all raid and dungeon bosses in a chain, meaning all you had to do was load up and launch and off it went. skipping bosses that dropped mounts you already had, moving between continents etc.

Unfortunately both our main accounts and all my bots got hit in the banwave (13/5, never forget), which caused us to lose interest in further development due to HB losing the casual aspect of "safely" using it on main accounts it had until then. We had finished most of EK, KD, outland and LK with most scripts being at a debugging state (some ran smoothly every time, some had issues, such as VoA having unreliable checks of when it is or is not available to your faction).

We were having difficulties fully automating EoE due to the mounted mobs and drake phase. HB would sometimes manage to complete it, but it wouldn't be able to loot the heart due to lack of mesh support, or it would get stuck trying to (range) kill mobs that were on the hoverdiscs due to range/orientation issues. It was a very problematic raid to run without assistance of custom built plugins, which neither of us had the coding knowhow or time for to build.

If you like I can try to get in touch with him and inquire if we should pass on the work to someone willing to develop it further (I may do some bugfixes if he allows me to do so), but I wouldn't expect a new iteration of this release soon.

 

I've been really busy atm (can't work on the profiles until December atm) but I'd be keen to work on the profiles more and/or release them publicly (so no one takes them to the store). Making the mount profiles got me more out of it than I put in so I was happy with that. Plus doing the coding inadvertantly helped me at my new job

Also want to start using torbuddy sometime in the future so might do some development for that.

 

Where do we put these .xml files?

I have a folder in my HB folder for mount farming/runs and i just put all the .xml files for this and the mount loader there...

 

Just did Zg, had prob with the stones, so i did that myself. No mount
then it did kara by it self, and got the mount on first run Now the bot is headed 4 Tempest Keep Hope Im just as Lucky.

update: now have all the mounts

 

Launching mount loader, got problems with portal in orgrimmar. My paladin stands in valley of strengh and is not able to take portal for blasted lands in the drag...

 

The only part of this profile that doesn't work for me is the Karazhan raid. It will enter the instance, and then promptly turn around and exit. I have tried it on multiple toons, multiple days in a row. Same result every time.

Hey when my characters go to do a Onyxia run they get stuck in Orgrimmar just flying to two spots saying it's stuck. Here's a log

Worked like a charm for ZG, but stopped and did nothing outside ZG entrance when it was supposed to proceed to Kara. Running the profiles individually seems to work however. Logs (after I tried to restart the bot):
