1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account? Honorbuddy

2)If so, when was the last time?: 10mins ago

3)What profile were you using?: Kick 1-60 horde grinding Top Kalimdor profile

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: FPSware Pally CC

5)What plugins are you using?: Mr.ItemRemover

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 8-12 with breaks

7)How many auctions per day did you have?: 1

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? nope

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? nope

      10)EU or US realm? US

Using Kicks grinding profile 1-60 started at lvl 11. Got to like 48. Im pretty sure nobody reported me because I was checking for whispers etc very often. If they did report me it was about a week ago where I left it on overnight which I also doubt. I was under belief that if I was reported or even caught first time it would be 72hr ban. Botting 8-12 hrs a day with breaks and talking to people.

Anybody know if there is anyway to get unbanned or a temp ban? I think its bullshit how practically everyone else gets 72 hr bans while I get a perma ban first offense.

      ***Notice of Account Closure***

      Account Name: *************

Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized ***** Programs (""Hacks"")

This account was closed because one or more characters were identified using an unauthorized ***** program, also known as a ""hack."" These programs provide character benefits normally not achievable in the World of Warcraft. Such benefits include, but are not limited to, increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries. Use of these unauthorized programs harm the game environment because they offer an unfair advantage over other players and supersede the intended limits of the game.

Even if this behavior is the result of a third party accessing the account instead of the registered user (for example, a friend, family member, or leveling service) then the account can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment.

We've found the above behavior is many times directly related to groups responsible for compromising World of Warcraft accounts; we take these issues very seriously. To better understand our position against exploitative activity and the risks involved, please review this article: Game - World of Warcraft

The exploitative activity that took place on this account violates the World of Warcraft Terms of Use. We ask you take a moment to review these terms at Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use. Note that additional Terms of Use violations may result in more severe actions against this account, up to and including permanent closure.

For any disputes of this action or further information on Exploitive Activity, please visit the Exploitative Activity FAQ and contact page here: Blizzard Support

Email doesnt seem to work anymore, you may have more luck with phone, but they seem to use somekind of filter to detect us somehow, not sure what can or will trigger it. Its turning exactly like the wave of suspension/ban during full spring/summer. ( i dont mean a banwave but wave )

is everyone noticing how these ban/suspension emails are listing the reason as "hack"? there is something that is setting off blizz's alarms, and its not player reports.

Player reports I believe cause 72 hr bans. Perma bans I believe mean they are SURE i was botting.
I really need some advice to get this account unbanned.
Please no "only bot what you can afford to lose" posts.

Just give them a call. I was botting 6 months ago and got the same e-mail. I figured I was caught. They replied that someone had compromised my account. Mind you that wasn't possible because I had been online for 24 hours straight. So either give them a call or e-mail them.

Yup, if you call in and act like you know nothing and you sound like you sincerely want to get to the bottom of it, they will usually escalate it and tell you that your account was probably compromised.

I got a 72 HR ban for botting, but when I called in, at the end of the suspension they sent me an apology mail saying how to avoid getting my account compromised and telling me how I can get an authenticator for free.

*shrug* maybe I'm still flagged xD

Same thing happened to me a few years ago. I was botting my first WoW account using Glider. It was during BC, and I had a shaman going, and was almost to 70. No warnings, no suspensions, first time ban. I do think it's slightly retarded that Blizzard doesn't seem to have some sort of tier punishment system. They shouldn't ban some people, while suspending or warning others. One could argue prejudice, but I don't think Blizz would care.

The model would be very simple, and fair to everyone. First offense, warning. Second offense, 72 hour suspension, third offense, ban. Or something to that effect.
