  • IF the bot is supported and i purchased a lifetime key, why does it say expired?

      It is also asking me to convert my exilebuddy key to other games. But as i look around i see development is rolling for this bot, what gives?

      The lifetime key no longer works as they no longer have a lifetime portion. They removed it as they couldnt keep up with the bots maintenance.
      So they removed lifetime and made monthly amounts required

      Wait so i have to repay for an Exilebuddy key? what? why that doesn't make sense i don't need any of the other bots i don't want to trade. damn it man

      The lifetime key expired when the bot died. Exilebuddy was shut down completely because there were not enough sales to pay for development and to keep the bot updated (PoE has patches extremely often compared to most games).

      So the community offered to pay monthly subscriptions to keep the bot going, and thus here we are. Your lifetime key died when the bot died ;( This is a resurrected bot.

      This really sucks :\ so there is no way since the bot was brought back that the lifetime key i purchased can be put back into play? or at least have some time put on it? the bots u can exchange it for i am not interested in i do not play those games at all. Is a refund available or possible?

      Since that thread was posted three months ago, we don't know if the refund offer still exists. You will need to contact the Bossland GmbH 'front office' to find out.

      As to the "have some time put on it" question, the answer is 'no'.
