A huge profit?? the prices have hit a all time low of $1 per 1k, you will need alot of private buyer's (that buy constanly) and alot of account's to make a huge profit. You also have to put into account your electricity bill for running multiple pc's at once (if you have alot of wow account's), your gametime for all your account's, new key's for account's that was banned. Add them all up and see if it's worth trying to make cash of selling gold or if it's easier to go out and find a proper job that has a set income.

You say that as if HB never got a ban during that timeframe. Some facts for you all Warden doesnt need a patch to update BUT, patches CAN and HAS carried a bot detection script. Notably May 20 banwave of Glider to bypass Tripwire because a normal warden update would get detected by Tripwire. HB/Gatherer has been hit by bnanwave, although due to coincidence related with LUA Ninja. As some ignorant poster wrote..."Same as last 50 patches...nothing". You're either saying 51 patches ago something DID happen with the patch, or nothing has ever happened at all. Either case your credibility and knowledge in this matter are incorrect Blizzard CAN detect HB/GB should they spend enough resources in actually doing so. Why dont they? Resources better spent to catch bigger fish.

Stop botting? you mean... actually spending 7 hours... manually.... clicking...mines .. and.... herbs.... Hell no. Even If I get banned and stop playing wow, I'll just go hack/***** in some other game for fun, nothing like a bit of wallhacking in CS:S . Blizz can detect every bot out there, I am sure of that. But lately I have seen huge amounts of people on my server horde side alone, botting over a couple days in a handful of places (Hyjal, BG's, TH etc). Times my faction by 2 and then times that by all the servers in Europe, then add that to all the people around the world and you will come up with a ridiculous amount of players that bot and blizzard have to manually go through all of them to make sure that they are genuine gold farmers/botters/hackers or just a regular player that was reported by his friends as a joke. As for warden, well my friend used Glider back in the day and he was SUSPENDED (not banned) for 3 days due to botting accusations. Why accusations? Because warden didn't pick up on it but some nub reported him for running around in big loops for 30+ hours killing tigers in STV . Proves how good warden is... Pins. good luck blizz. Pins.
are you asking if everyone is quitting after the patch. As far as playing the game and working my ass off with the crap that buzzard is putting out yes I have quit. Botting I will bot till they ban me then F buzzard. I was on several boards reading the pally thread and they are P I S S E D beyond belief. A LOT of them are signing up for the rift beta. Anyone tried it?
There is a reason why they dont release stuff till their ready and I am certain security plays a large part in that. This has been said a million times over in old threads if botting is ever RISKY or getting banned is soooo extremely undesirable to you then dont ever do it. Is botting after a release riskier? no solid data has been provided linking a release to botting issues with THIS specific bot that I am aware of like FPS said search the forums.
Even if the ban you, they really can't ban you for life, and ofc ppl bot 24/7 without problem so if your scared don't do it or just do it a few hrs everyday/other day I wouldn't worry to much if you don't tell ppl your botting
Again, we point to the BOTTING IS NOT FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SOMETHING TO LOSE. If you're worried, don't ask others if you should bot or not. Just wait until you feel safe. Personally, I'd almost be happy to lose my accounts. The gold market is worthless, and I just bot because actually playing right now is stupid because a lot of people are still in Wrath Mode, when Cata is totally different.
