[A - Quest] Dragonblight 71+ [Kick] - ?eta

Kick, a little direction please as I'm sure this is user error. I got through most of your borean tundra profile but kept getting errors like this one that I'm now getting with the dragonblight profile:

make sure the tag has all required attributes and try again.

It's the make sure the tag has all required attributes error that I get here and there, I've been commenting the quests out when this happens but then I have other issues with pre reqs and such.

Am I forgetting to do something?

 

You have an issue with your HB or how HB interacts with OS. it's an HB-shipped CB (check ur quest behaviors folder, it's in there)

Having trouble with Return to the Earth.

The goal is to collect the 6 acorns, but it just runs around killing geists and stuff and never collects the acorns....

thanks, it seems to be going strongly again once I restarted it, not sure why HB couldnt kill the mob.

HB seems to be killing way more mobs than is required, even with the kill between hotspots unchecked.

It's really noticeable on the ley lines quests, where the mobs are up on the cliff above you and you walk all the way around and up to them to kill, its a bit of a pain. Any ideas how to minimise this?

 

I noticed in the discussion thread for the latest release that this is a problem.

Hate to hijack your thread, but is there a "current issues" list somewhere for HB. It seems like everytime I ask you or Kaz a question in your profile threads, the answer is always, "HB issue". I dug through 10 pages of garbage to find out the collection quests were not working.

Just wondered if you knew if there was a central place with known issues so I can stop bugging you guys when it has nothing to do with you....

Can not turn in quest The Lost Courier (ID: 12157) because I don't have it in my quest log! (Or do I: False)
Could not create current in quest bot!

And the bot stops, I've already done the gryphon quest.

I had an issue with that quest too, i thought I put an if tag on it :\

again it's one of those code issues

 

So ive got my bot started with the lost courier quest, and hes going, but is he able to use his flying mount? or what?, cos hes killing every mob he sees on the way ><

 

lol no, HB quest bot doesn't fly (at least not yet, lets cross our fingers!)

 

well i forgot to get you the log, but I did complete the liquid fire of elune quest by hand (I was having the same problem as quoted above with the failed npcid) and I was able to continue on with the quests with the bot. So for a quick fix I would suggest adding a note of completing that quest by hand (takes 3 minutes at most). Just for those of us who are too lazy to bother commenting it out or fixing the files.

I am having the same problem here... No matter when i am in DB it takes me back to Icemist Village to grind...

 

yep, after you get the item, pick up the quest, and delete the grind area. i'm still waiting for correct instructions on how to make it do this correctly
