So this week my sham. hit 80 at almost exactly 19 days /played. He also had max herb/mining (he kept dying so i decided to keep lvling and gear up a little) after blowing all my gold on gear I decided i should keep track of how much I'm making. I've ran the included sholozar profile over night twice this week and woke up to 2-3 tabs full And today I found a dedicated buyer for Saronite bars at 30g/stack which was above AH price when i talked to him lol I've been using all of my herbs to make dark moon cards and have about 3k worth right now (gonna try selling as full decks to see if its more profitable). So in less than 1 month since I bought HB/GB I leveled a shaman to 80 and have made about 10k. I know this is prob longer than what it takes most people, but being a noob I spent forever setting the bot up and figuring out the settings. Also, one of my friends is going to buy gold off me for $3/k so I'll be able to afford a second account soon and move on to a better server (most suppliers aren't interested in gold from my server). This is an absolutely amazing program and IMHO is definitely worth more than they're charging for it lol EDIT: I want to make it clear I love that hardly anyone bots, I just don't get why people would pay for gold instead of selling it using GB lol Just stupidity or laziness?

WHAAAAT That's an absurd price for ore. Even if you meant bars, that's a very high price for a private buyer. Are you on an extremely low-pop server or something?
imo it is good that not everyone is botting, because i played silkroad online for more than 5 years! at the beginning, there weren?t many botters, botters got killed by other players or got flamed.... but now, you can?t see a legal player, 99% are botting and the rest are seller accounts... the prices at the beginning were like 10million gold for $10 ... now you get for $10 100million.. (okay, in the last 3 weeks there was a really big ban, so the prices got doubled, but they only ban1 or 2 times a year!!!), so the economy just went bad... i remember when they paid for a seal of sun (it was like weapons lvl 80 + 15 additional levels) 300 million, because 300 million was awesome! now they pay 2billion and FOR THE SAME WEAPON! gold just lost his value, only the drops got more valuable..... i hope you could understand what i want to say, i live in germany, my english isn?t that good
sounds like how i started slow and steady, but now ive learnt a bit *couple weeks later* and now botting 24/7. gratz mate, yea need less botters lawl
I meant bars not ore lol and this is actually under the AH price right now, but cant exactly throw up 400+ bars every few hours. merhaps: i totally get what you're saying about botting, but I have friends who would rather pay me for gold than bot themselves lol This makes no sense to me but if they wanna throw their money away to me then i cant complain ^_^
Why doesnt everyone bot? Firstly you wouldn't want everyone to bot, would suck hard. Main reason though, is LOTS of players are just plain lazy... they cant be bothered to set up a bot because it takes time and research, they'd rather just buy the gold from somewhere and have it within 30 min no effort required. I mean, why would they want to bot and wait 3 weeks to get 80, when they can throw money at some company and have their guy 80 in a week of "hand" leveling, ect, with a mount, 2 proffs.
If everyone botted I would go on a murdering spree and become a serial killer, It's bad enough as it is trying to sell gold with all the new farmers coming in
When I run multiple bots I just vendor the saronite. It vendors for 25g a stack which is basically AH prices these days. I'll just AH the eternals and titanium. There's no way you can sell 2000 saronite bars per day to players.
i actually did this for about 2 days before my private buyer said he was full lol but yeah for 2k bars i'd only loose maybe 500g vendoring vs AH and i'd never sell it that quick. Not sure what to do with all my herbs though. have 3 guild tabs full with herbs constantly. I keep about 5 stacks of each herb on the AH and spam trade to sell it but still i'm not even selling what i farm lol Not sure if i should vendor the herbs or what? flasks don't sell and neither have cards or glyphs. Same issue with eternals. Since the new patch was announced I've barely sold any. I currently have ~6 stacks of eternal life lol Any suggestions on how to unload all my farmed goods? vendoring it all seems about the only option x.x
