      Hi,

      Today second day when I was bought Honorbuddy... still did not get any key or reply my mails, asking "are you still investigating?" or anything about that positive or negative just NOTHING! Just someone say something "you will get key" or "we have some troubles about store or whatever we can not send/give any keys sorry" well I can cancel my payment with Bank Customer Support.
      I think you are so busy(actualy not you release it without full security tested) about testing buddy...

      Good morning Mindomitable,

      I am sorry to hear that you are waiting since 2 days for a response. On the internet everyone is used to get an answer/key instantly and that's also the case here.
      In some rare cases things might take longer and I guess that's the case here. Atm. a lot of payments have to be checked manually for legal reasons.
      Not to forget we have easter time where a lot of the people are on vacation, enjoying the first sunny and warm days with their family.
      This should not be an excuse but only explain the situation a little bit more to you.

      I really would like to check your payment and help you more but forum support has no access to payment or key related things.
      Please contact support@thebuddyforum.com for feedback and don't forget "sometimes patience does the trick" ;-)

      I did it again and its my 3. day and I didnt get any support nobody looking my mails ??

      I am sure they do but like I said, ticket volume is high and it is vacation time. Answers can take a while.
      Did you get a ticket number already? If yes please post it here. Maybe Tony can push it then a little bit.
      Like said forum support cannot help you here sorry.

      I also payed for my honorbuddy today, and yes i understand that its vacation time and all that, but dont take more orders then until u can get ur customers the product. You should not take our money before even giving us the product, this is bullshit.
      NO OFFENSE, im just disapointed and i were very excited. hope it will work soon.

      @zimzim , You should open up your own ticket by emailing support@thebuddyforum.com
      Also, what service provider or vendor gives away the product before payment. I believe any store setting would rather have their money before you walk out the store.

      @Mindomitable , HB Staff wouldn't really be apart of the payment provider checking it. That is as long as the banking people want to take to verify funds.

      Finaly I get KEY! with Paypal but... My registered e-mail adress and paypal e-mail are different and I can't attach new key on BuddyAuth "Key already claimed"... So what should I do now ?
