在官网购买的时候支付完成后是会跳转到一个页面提示你的交易信息的,又或者是会收到一个带有交易号的邮件,在官网买key后是会有2封邮件,1封是包含key,1封是包含交易号 如果你没有收到这个邮件,你也可以将你的情况如实反应给邮箱客服
