      This is crazy. Why cant we at least get an update? Something to tell us your still working on it.

      Hello,

      Not sure if you're new here, even if your account doesn't say that, but actually, they never give ETA.
      Also, update are usually Wednesday, and maybe some Staff member are on vacation, or whatever.
      or maybe the patch got some change, anti-cheat side, which require some bot update.

      Nah they sit there.. count the money they are getting of customer.. get together a new version when they have 5 minute to spare.. and bang a new version is out.. as for Manual review LAWL.. I remember believing in that. Only thing that happened here is WOW updated and hb doesn't recognized the version it updated too they can go ahead update it to the new version and voila nothing changed... not any safer than it was before the patch or in the past..

      Might be more than that.. I mean looking at the last patch update lol..

      I am not complaining, i can play by hand while they get their act together (LOL) well come out with a new version.

      P.S for all the fan boys I am just showing these ppl the same respect they showed the community with the revoke of the yearly and lifetime..

      Still getting wow build error how do i update? It usually does it auto, ive tried reinstalling.

      100% agree. Nothing has changed in the WoW build so just update HB to match.

      The fact they are now charging monthly means they should have better support then they ever did before. I'm not going to keep paying for a monthly subscription if down times are just ignored.

      We all should know by now even with the monthly subscription nothing will change support wise. It was a cash grab.

      Yea, im kind a disappotinted in this stuff. I thougt i give it a chance i pay the 1 month thing and we will see. I tried 2 day or maybe 3 but i think i was just 2 and realized i should buy profiles....another money grab thing. You bought something what not whole. :S
      Never mind i tought ok...i try the profiles they have trials what are so great. Yea but when the HB down you cant test the trials....but the trial time is counting and i saw already some half afk profiles...which means useless i think, if the bot is only half afk its bad....
      So yea, now i wait the second day....and thinking to buy any profiles...i dont know because i could not test properly them.... I asked back the trial time or the half or something, they said they can't give it to me. I should buy it and if its not likely i can refund, it sounds so arrogant to me, but ok.
      Atleast i hope we get these days to the subscription time, because we paid for a service what doesnt work now. I didnt get back trial times so i dont know what they give or not. :D But i have a guess what they give and what they just take. :D

      What they do since loosing vs Blizz? Touch themself!

      How long need a update!!
      First, understand the size of the downloaded patch has absolutely no bearing on how difficult it will be to recover from it. What matters is the number and types of changes in the game client.
      If the game client changes are small, Honorbuddy should be available in half-a-day or so. Typically, patches take from 1 to 3 days to recover. If the patch contains new game-client spyware measures, the process can take longer. The longest recorded Honorbuddy down time to date is 15 days to recover from release of MoP . To put that into perspective, your Honorbuddy subscription is 'lifetime'.
      Making Honorbuddy 'safely' work again after a patch is BosslandGmbH's highest priority. The product will not be made available after a patch until a thorough analysis of the changes have been conducted, updates made, and testing done.
      The process takes as long as it takes--if that's a month, that's what it takes. BosslandGmbH will not jeopardize the account investments made by its customers due to a rush to restore the product to service!
