Mining quests , im not getting them..

hello so this friday i just started doing mining / Herbalison / Mining in legion and i have goten gank 2 on 3 difrent herbs but i dont have a single minging quest or any ranks i dont have any mining quest items in my bags and none of the quests pop up after houers of farming...
any one have this poblem or any exspirience with this since it is a bott acc i dont wana ask blizzard xD

is it a good fix to unlearn mining and re learn it from scratch? cits not like im going to lose my ranks xD

you need to mining the mob that spawn after you min a spot.
I bought an plugin to do that, works very well and very cheap.I cant recall the name

 

oh i did not know that but i have notest that my bot tont mine the exstra mobs idd
