someone who in authority should not be blinded by someone saying they are bad mod that is not that insult and it is true if he give me warning for insulting someone who said i should be put in concentration camp and he does not warn other person.

It's always a bad idea to call someone a "bad mod" because he does not act like you want.
Discord is not an official Bossland Support channel, it's more a user help user area.
Some mods try their best to make sure that forum rules also apply there but due to the amount of messages posted there this is not possible all the time.
We can't be everywhere
Especially in chat communications it's not always clear who blamed who and when du to the nature of how discord works.
y2krazy is our Discord admin and I do not see any problem on the screenshots you posted.
If you don't like the discord channel, feel free to simply leave it. If you need support you can get it here too.

 

For further clarification, @성민11, I did pursue warning Namyarf for his insult as well (he has DM's turned off), but you curiously neglected to include my message to him in #general in this post. Even though I said I wasn't going to do anything about it in the DM (because of your approach and tone), I did let Namyarf know via @ mention that he shouldn't be doing that.



In the future, if you simply bring something to my attention (as mentioned on Discord), I'll be glad to assist. If you point something out to me and immediately follow it with "bad mod," or something to that effect, you're going to shut down the conversation immediately. As mentioned on Discord, I did not see his messages until you pointed them out to me. Thank you for bringing it to my attention, but some advice: it's all about how you approach someone.

EDIT: A further clarification: you were not given a warning because you insulted Namyarf as a reaction to his comments (had that been the case, I would've seen the comments he made that you screenshotted and sent to me, thereby making me a liar when I stated I had not seen them). You were given a warning because of your constant spamming in regards to a name you like calling another member of the server after being banned on another account in the past as well as receiving a previous warning for the same behavior. You were asked in the past to move those specific comments to the #spam channel in the past and you chose to bring them back into #general again tonight. That is why you were warned, not because of what you claim the case to be.
