      yes,I try to make a new folder (pure english words folder)
      and install all files in this folder
      and restart my pc
      still get this message >"<

      are you able to login to your PTC account on your mobile device? I am unable to replicate your issue.

      sorry,I find my problem from my company's wifi . . . but I don't know why . . .
      I try to connect another wifi , PF can work now
