      本人购买的Stormbuddy年卡一直无法使用,因为不懂英文一直等待Stormbuddy更新,最近才知道Stormbuddy早己经停止使用了,网上得知Stormbuddy可以交换其它产品,于是本人发邮件给support@thebuddyforum.com要求Stormbuddy续费Honorbuddy,结果没处理,发邮件是中文,回复邮件的全是英文!我应该怎么办?E大帮帮我,谢谢!

      更换是在产品取消前进行申请更换的, 现在整个产品项目已经取消,无法进行更换

      首先stormbuddy无法使用,违约方是卖家,买家应该得到赔偿;其次stormbuddy无法使用,卖家有义务主动联系买家进行赔偿,但我未收到任何通知;都说顾客是上帝,你们如此对待消费者令人心寒!!!

      关于Stormbuddy官网已于去年9月10日已经在论坛发公告提示用户进行申请更换KEY等操作提示,到现在已经超过半年以上的时间所以无法进行更换key和相关操作,建议您对于无法使用等可以尽早早论坛里提出或浏览论坛的相关公告,以便获取最新相关信息,对于造成的不便很抱歉,邮箱支持客服已在你的帐号里添加了一个3天试用key,如果您对次问题仍然抱怨,你可以继续联系邮箱客服处理,论坛无法处理您这个问题,很抱歉
