EU When on the phone to appeal I played dumb and asked for info to check if anyone had installed anything on any of my PC's and the guy actually mentioned Gatherbuddy, not used GB for about 5 weeks. He told me I had been whispered by a player and not responded, he told me I had been investigated a number of times over the last 4 weeks but been dismissed due to lack of evidence!! Not making any conclusions just wanted to give the info as I got it. No way to get the ban lifted apparently as the evidence was too strong. Ah Well purchase and start again, You can never win Blizz
When my account was banned, the Guild Master was on thgat account, does this mean I have lost all assetts or is there a way of reclaiming guild master on my other accounts?

Why whould he get banned again? I have been banned before and bought a new account. Np so far. In this business its give and take. If Blizzard takes your account away from you, you start a new account and take every god damn herb/ore on their server! Thats how we roll!
actually what you do is GM ticket after 30 days and say that the gm has been inactive for 30 days and you would like to take over the acct. then the GM will email the Guild master acct and ask if it is ok... or just give you the guild, whichever the GM wants to do
